Ambrilia is a biotechnology company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: AMB) with its offices and research and manufacturing facilities located in Montréal Québec, Canada.

The Company's current strategy is to capitalize on its broad product portfolio through out-licensing and divestment.

History

Ambrilia Biopharma was created in 2006 pursuant to the merger, via acquisition, of Procyon Biopharma, a publicly-traded Montreal-based biotechnology company that was developing innovative therapeutics in the fields of oncology and HIV/AIDS, with Cellpep S.A., a French private biotechnology with expertise in oncology and infectious diseases.
