Ambrilia is currently under the protection of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA).

The company has prioritized the out-licensing and divestment of its product portfolio. The aim of this strategy is to generate non-dilutive R&D funding for Ambrilia and to preserve the companies cash flow.

Ambrilia's product portfolio includes: a sustained release octreotide formulation, a sustained release goserelin formulation, HIV protease inhibitors, HIV integrase and entry inhibitors, HCV entry and polymerase inhibitors and anti-iInfluenza A peptides.
